COMMISSIONS

Below are examples of a recent commission for a ski lodge in North America.

The brief was for two contemporary abstract artworks that had texture and drew in the landscape and harmonised with the interior design.

My themes came from researching the Native people who had lived there, namely, the Mohawk tribe also known as The Flint People. Then I looked upwards to reflect heaven and earth and drew inspiration from the wild geese that migrated over this area. Bringing both elements together infused the concept of the Totem Pole used throughout Native American culture to protect and bring blessings to the communities.

Commissioning contemporary abstract art is a unique way to acquire personalised, one-of-a-kind pieces tailored to your vision, Whether you’re looking for a bespoke decor piece or enrich a commercial space, commissioning art ensures that you get exactly what you want while supporting artists directly.

I work closely with my clients throughout the process so adjustments can be made where necessary to ensure they receive the art they desire.
